
Im not in Los Angeles now, but if it was 55F and sunny there, today would be a great day to shoot clay pigeons in Tujunga and then get a hearty bowl of udon at Daichan after (this is a tradition my brother and I had carved out for ourselves).
Daichan is a valley classic. Japanese comfort food done with love. Prices are reasonable, interior is very cluttered and the hours are funny. A perfect storm for a great meal.
