Charles Burnett is a huge patch on my Los Angeles cultural quilt. I don’t know why this isn’t screened in Los Angeles more ?? This is a powerhouse with a southern Danny Glover at the helm wreaking old world havoc on an iconic and modern mid city dwelling. Absolute must watch, especially if you live in LA.
